Keith Pratt joined our firm as an Associate Broker in 1997.

Pratt sold his first student rental in 1977 and has specialized in income-producing residential and commercial properties ever since. Pratt also has wide-spread experience in negotiating commercial leases; from Ann Arbor to Sarasota, Dallas and London.

Pratt has extensive experience with IRS approved 1031 tax differed exchanges. His competencies also include maximizing the value of underdeveloped or underutilized real estate. With his engineering background, Pratt is project oriented and feels that expediting and problem solving are the most enjoyable aspects of the industry.

Pratt was instrumental in founding and developing an international restaurant chain and franchising company, which owns and runs four food systems. It went public in the United Kingdom in 1996.

Keith Pratt has been an Ann Arbor area resident all of his life. He is a graduate of the University Of Michigan College Of Engineering. He and his wife Carol have raised a family of three sons and proudly claim six grandchildren. They live in Scio Township, just west of Ann Arbor.
