Dustin Gellman began his career in real estate in 1996 working as Gary Lillie's apprentice. Licensed at eighteen, Dustin began marketing properties in a new way: on the Internet.

At Gary's encouragement, Dustin began taking CCIM Institute courses and was awarded the prestigious designation six months later (#9969). At that time (2001), Dustin was youngest CCIM designee in the CCIM Institute's forty-year history.

Gary Lillie's positive attitude toward creative problem solving inspired Dustin Gellman and several Northwestern University students to develop a revolutionary commercial listing service-allowing brokers to share information, increase client service, and close deals efficiently. Catylist was founded to provide information services to local real estate communities nationwide.

Today, CPIX powered by Catylist is the #1 source for commercial listings in Michigan and is backed by the Commercial Board of REALTORS® as well as the Michigan Economic Development Council. Catylist has grown to include 40+ REALTOR® associations, 100,000+ professionals, and 225,000 commercial properties.

In addition to serving Catylist's Chief Information Officer, Gellman is an MBA candidate at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management (2008). In rare moments of free time he enjoys SCUBA, triathlons, marathons, and experimental cooking.
